Nabu: digital sociocracy – Didier Escalon

sociocracy: effective governance

Nabu is a prototype software designed to facilitate general sociocratic management for small, up to unlimited size organization.
Nabu complements physical and online meetings, allowing any member to participate in the decision making process of its team from home at anytime. There is no way to make a decision in Nabu without consent of all members of the team. Nabu is designed as a loop system, going from one function to another: decision making process, executive phase and evaluation process.
Sociocratic rols, minutes and agendas, and more stuffs are already included. Nabu requires funds to go on from its actual functional prototype aspect, to general public adaptationpresentable to the general public.
It is already in use as a trial by few teams in Spain.
