Description
An interactive exploration of ways to increase quality and value of our reactions – in reactions rounds when processing proposals, and most everywhere else in life. We’ll look at methods for, and benefits of, distinguishing thoughts and feelings in our lived experiencing. We’ll explore through simple exercises how this discernment can help us offer higher quality reactions, feedback, and input – in our sociocratic organizations as well as everyday life.
Bio
John is a whole systems design consultant, teacher, and facilitator for cultural and ecological systems for a variety of public, private, and nonprofit clients. Since 1996, he has studied, worked, taught and published in the realms of human relatings, governance and decision-making systems, appropriate technology and ecological design.
